UnrealBrains ('Agency') provides high-velocity MVP development and digital strategy. By engaging our services or accessing our proprietary stacks, you agree to a 'Protocol-first' relationship governed by these terms.

We operate on a 48-hour ship cycle. All communication is centralized in Trello and WhatsApp. While we offer strategy calls, the project board remains the 'Single Source of Truth' for all deliverables and approvals.

Clients receive a full commercial license for the specific application built. However, UnrealBrains retains ownership of 'The Engine'—including Python scrapers (Stealthkit), automation logic, and pre-built Astro/Svelte components used in the build.

Monthly slots are billed upfront. Due to the immediate allocation of specialized talent and high-bandwidth resources, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Cancellations require 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle.

The Agency is not liable for business loss, data breaches, or platform-side changes (e.g., Google/Amazon API updates). Total liability is capped at the amount paid by the Client in the immediate 30-day window.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes must be settled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
